Managed Website Hosting & Security for Australian Businesses

Your website is your best salesperson. It shouldn’t go down on a Friday afternoon, take eight seconds to load on a phone, or get taken offline by a plugin update nobody was watching. We host it, monitor it, back it up and keep it patched — so you can stop thinking about it.

Cheap Hosting Is Only Cheap Until Something Breaks

Most small businesses buy hosting once, on price, and never look at it again — until the day it matters.

Slow sites lose customers and rankings. Page speed is a confirmed Google ranking factor, and it’s a conversion factor too. Visitors abandon slow pages, particularly on mobile. Budget shared hosting puts hundreds of sites on one server, and when someone else’s site has a busy day, yours slows down.

Outdated software is how sites get hacked. The overwhelming majority of WordPress compromises exploit a known vulnerability in an out-of-date plugin, theme or core version — one that had a patch available. Sites get hacked because nobody applied it, not because someone targeted the business specifically.

Updates fail, and nobody notices. WordPress core updates write hundreds of files. If that write is interrupted — most often because the account has quietly run out of disk space — the site can be left with missing files and a fatal error. It’s silent until someone tries to visit.

“We have backups” isn’t the same as tested backups. Plenty of businesses discover their backups were failing at the exact moment they need to restore one. A backup you’ve never restored from is a hope, not a plan.

Nobody’s watching. If your site goes down at 6pm Friday, how do you find out? Most small businesses find out when a customer mentions it on Monday.

Moving Your Site to Us

Migration is the part people dread and it’s genuinely the easy part.

1. We take a full copy. Files, database, email configuration — everything, from your existing host. Your live site keeps running untouched throughout.

2. We rebuild and test on our servers. The site is set up on our infrastructure and tested thoroughly before anything switches over — forms, checkout, integrations, all of it.

3. We switch the DNS. Usually scheduled for a quiet period. Propagation is typically quick, and because both copies are live during the changeover, visitors don’t see an outage.

4. We monitor closely for a week. Post-migration issues surface in the first few days if they’re going to. We watch for them.

Hosting From the Team That Also Runs Your Marketing

When your host, your SEO and your website are handled by three different companies, problems fall between them. Your rankings drop, your SEO agency blames site speed, your host says the server’s fine, and you’re stuck mediating a technical argument about your own business.

We host the site, run the SEO, write the copy and manage the ads pointing at it. When something’s slow, we fix it rather than diagnosing whose fault it is.

We understand what the site is for. Hosting companies optimise for server metrics. We optimise for enquiries. If your Core Web Vitals are hurting your rankings, we treat that as a marketing problem — because it is.

Hosting Questions

Do you host sites you didn't build?

Yes. Most of the sites we host, we didn't build. We'll audit it first and let you know if there's anything that needs attention before or during migration.

Will moving hosts affect my Google rankings?

Done properly, no. A clean migration with URLs preserved and no downtime is invisible to Google. Rankings only suffer when a migration breaks URLs or leaves the site inaccessible during a crawl — which is exactly what the staged process above prevents.

Do you offer email hosting too?

Yes — see our professional email solutions. We can bundle hosting, email and domain into one arrangement with a single invoice.
